Course Description

This DSE awareness course is for users of computers and other display screen equipment.  

It may be that you are accessing this course for your own health and wellbeing. To better understand the hazards associated with using DSE on a daily basis.  It may be that you are completing this course as part of a mandatory training programme.  It meets both needs and at the end of the course, there is a quiz to test your learning.  There is also a self assessment form that you can complete to assess your own workstation and so inform the need for changes. 

Occupational Physiotherapist and Ergonomics Specialist

Antony Hylton

Antony is a physiotherapist with 17 years experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and 10 consulting in the field of ergonomics, particularly office ergonomics. This vast experience, working with bluechip companies such as GE Capital, Nomura and Barclays investment banks as well as the BBC, the NHS and smaller organisations such as the British Dental Association means that Antony has a wealth of information and this comes across in his courses. He is a practical teacher who embraces best practice and evidence and has a passion for health and wellbeing in all areas.
